This question will ask you to analyse a source. You should use information in the source but also support this with your own knowledge to help you achieve all 6 marks. 

DESCRIBE

DESCRIBE (3 marks)

This question asks you to describe a historical feature or event. Use basic facts to help you in the description. 

Example:

Describe 3 of the key symptoms of the Black Death. 

ESSAY

ESSAY (16 marks)

You need to write at least 5 paragraphs for this answer in Year 9. The essay should include an introduction, one paragraph for each of the 3 discussion points (2 points will be provided) and then a conclusion.
